Delivery timelines depend on the product type. Ready pieces ship faster, while made-to-order jewellery typically takes a little longer. Estimated delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page.
All our jewellery is crafted and shipped from Jaipur, India, the heart of fine jewellery craftsmanship.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. Please note: Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
To initiate a return, contact us within7 days of delivery to request approval. Once approved, you must ship the product back within 7 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Exceptions apply in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
