Eligibility for Buy-Back & Exchange

To be eligible for buy-back or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in its original, unworn condition.

  2. The original invoice and product certificate must accompany the returned or exchanged item.

  3. Only jewellery purchased directly from Jaipur Lab Jewellery (via our official website or authorised stores) is eligible for this policy.

  4. Bespoke or customised jewellery, including items made to order, are not eligible for exchange or buy-back.

 

 

Lifetime Exchange Policy

  • You may exchange your product for another of equal or greater value at any time.

  • The value of your exchanged item will be credited to your Jaipur Lab Jewellery account and can be used for future purchases. The credit cannot be cashed out.

  • Jewellery showing signs of alterations, repairs, or modifications by any party other than Jaipur Lab Jewellery will not be eligible for exchange.

 

 

Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

  • If you choose to return your product for buy-back, we will refund the buy-back value to your bank account within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The buy-back value is determined based on the current market value of the product at the time of return, subject to the deductions outlined below.

 

 

Value Determination for Exchange or Buy-Back

The value of your jewellery for exchange or buy-back is determined by its current market value, and may vary based on the following criteria:

  • Note: The "current market value" will be calculated on the date of the return, buy-back, or exchange.

 

 

Exclusions to Buy-Back & Exchange

Please note the following exclusions to our policy:

  1. Loose diamonds, baguettes, and tapered diamonds are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.

  2. Polki, pearls, and coloured stones are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.

  3. Products purchased from third-party vendors (including stores or websites other than Jaipur Lab Jewellery) are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.

  4. The product must be accompanied by the original invoice and certificate.

  5. A charge of ₹xxxx or ₹xxx per carat, whichever is higher, will be levied for the loss of the product certificate.

  6. Any discounts or free gifts received during the initial purchase will be deducted from the buy-back or exchange value, based on their original value.

  7. If e-Points or other rewards were used for the original purchase, their equivalent value will be deducted from the buy-back or exchange amount.

  8. EMI purchases: Any outstanding EMI payments will be deducted from the exchange or buy-back value.

  9. Buy-back is only applicable for products purchased at a value of up to ₹xxxxxx.

 

 

Shipping and Insurance

  • Delivery Shipping & Insurance: Jaipur Lab Jewellery covers all shipping and insurance costs for deliveries to your address.

  • Reverse Shipping: For returns, exchanges, and buy-backs, reverse shipping will be arranged by Jaipur Lab Jewellery. The cost of reverse shipping is included in the ₹xxxx processing charge.
