Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 1% payment gateway charge.

  • For cancellations after 24 hours, a processing fee of INR 1000 will apply, along with the 1% payment gateway fee.

  • Customized orders will not be eligible for a full refund due to the cost of customization, and the making charges will be forfeited.

  • You may cancel individual items in an order if the order contains more than one item.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or net banking).

  • Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

  • For orders paid via gift cards, refunds will be credited back to the gift card.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India, and any disputes arising from the use of the website shall be resolved in the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

As per the latest guidelines from the Government of India, customers must provide their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for transactions exceeding INR 2 lakh in a single day.

Promotional Offers

  • Free gifts associated with purchases are considered as discounts.

  • In the case of partial cancellations or returns of orders involving free gifts, the discount associated with the free gift will be excluded from the refunded amount.

  • Jaipur Lab Jewellery reserves the right to amend, update, or delete the terms of these offers at any time.
