15-Day Return Policy

At Jaipur Lab Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our 15-Day Return Policy provides you the opportunity to review your purchase and return any product that does not meet your expectations, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

To ensure a smooth return process, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and stickers intact, and with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

  2. The product must be accompanied by its original certificate and invoice.

  3. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Exclusions from the 15-Day Return Policy:

  • Exchanged Orders: If a product has been previously exchanged under our 15-Day Return Policy, any subsequent exchanges will be handled under our Lifetime Exchange Policy.

  • Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized specifically for you are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return: Submit a return request through your account on our website or email us at enquiry@jaipurlabjewellery.com within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pickup.

  2. Return Pickup: Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and provide detailed instructions.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging along with the certificate of authenticity and invoice.

  4. Return Acknowledgment: When the product is collected, please obtain an acknowledgment receipt (a paper receipt, tracking number photo, or SMS confirmation) for your records.

  5. Quality Check: Once the product is returned to us, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If the item shows any signs of damage, resizing, alteration, or wear, it will not be eligible for return.

  6. Refund Process: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days:

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

    • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

Note: For orders purchased via the EMI option, a fee equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount will be deducted from the refund during the processing of the first installment.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed after the product successfully passes the quality check. This process may take up to 10 business days.

  • Missing Certificate: In the event the original certificate is not returned with the product, an additional charge of Rs. xxxx  or Rs. xxx per carat (whichever is higher) will be levied.

Modifications to Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website, www.jaipurlabjewellery.com. Significant changes will be communicated to you via a notification on this page.
